Now I’m finally done with all the reflections, and have assembled them in a single word document.
Here is the document with the Reflections.

Here are the Stage 1 Questions for the large composition.
When we finally performed and worked with younger students in order to get them to learn the Information about our culture, there were the following things that did or did not go well:
Teaching the students: The students and we were a little bit awkard together, and the teaching went across with lots of awkward smiles and uncertain comments, but I suppose it is just a matter of getting used to teaching people and gaining confidence in oneself. What we did manage to get across was well-received; my part was quickly learned by the students and I was able to give instructions that were followed. I managed to a reasonable degree to put myself in the Students’ shoes, and that was reflected in the performance.
The Performance: The students were very capable and grasped the matter quickly. I did allow them some space to be creative and develop their own variations when they had problems with the intended piece, but overall they did a good job of doing as they were told.
What could be improved: We were a bit disorganized in presenting the information, Lukas ended up giving the information I was supposed to give, and in the end I had nothing important to say at all. Apart from that, I was satisfied with the results of our work.
Gamelan
The Group could improve their performance by playing a bit louder, so everybody can hear. Further practice would help. Their teaching could be improved by listing a couple more instruments and showing pictures of them.
The Group had strength of good harmony, melody and rhythm, especially harmony.
Caribbean (Our Group)
We could have improved on the background information, and the teaching skills we used.
Our strength was in enthusiasm, if anything. I don’t know of a strength that we could have had.
I want to improve on the Information I am going to present before we actually get top the teaching part of the Task.
African
Improve on the Drum that I had: It sounded kinda Dull, as an Instrument.
Awesome Job on the teaching though! Very precise, no steps left out, quick review questions, and questions directed at people: Colin clearly has Talent in dealing with kids. Epic Job.
Anybody on here, post your reflection on the percussion performances here please.
